Our Story

OUR COMPANY incorporated in 1967 by Fred Fuller, Charlie Ritchie, and Bill Sturgess as a manufacturer’s representative organization to handle the equipment needs in several heavy industries such as Foundry, Steel, Power plants, Coal mining, etc.

In 2004, Mark Langworthy purchased the company and became more and more involved in Glass, Recycling, and numerous Process industries for a variety of equipment in material handling, processing, and manufacturing applications.

Now as always, we are dedicated to maintaining a high degree of business and professional ethics as well as maintaining an active role with our customers throughout their capital expenditure projects.
